Are your cleaners insured and background checked?

Absolutely. All our team members are fully vetted, background checked, and trained to ensure your safety and satisfaction.
How do I pay for my service?

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and online payments. Recurring clients can opt into our automatic billing system for convenience.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No, you don't need to be home—as long as we have access to the property. Many of our clients provide entry instructions or a spare key for scheduled cleanings.
Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes, we bring all necessary cleaning products and equipment. If you prefer we use your products, just let us know in advance.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

We understand that things come up. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule to avoid a cancellation fee.

What’s included in a standard cleaning?

Our standard cleaning includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen surface cleaning, bathroom sanitation, trash removal, and general tidying. Additional services are available upon request.
